Recently we repainted the kitchen walls and I took that opportunity to install some of my sculptures. They are a family of six on two walls and look well together; I'm happy to be able to see them as part of my everyday life.

Immediately upon installation I wished I had photographed them
prior to the adhesive, particularly the small ones on the beam which are difficult to see in these pictures because of lighting issues.

This spoon piece is actually quite small, about 4" x 6"

And this Chase Turbine Dancer is about 4" x 4", with a copper finish and great original metal tag on top.
This one is an old favorite which needed repair; I especially love the position of the metal tag and the blackness of the wooden form. The thorn has been with me for a long time (collected on a walk here on Oxbow Road), but the cymbal replaces a broken sand-dollar:

The pieces below are on the side of a standard-size kitchen cabinet painted a dark blue. The seahorse holds a small silver bead in his tail and is from a trip to the Adriatic.
